Hello all, I see quite a few people showing their face (hopefully theirs huh). I think it's good, hence in not hiding it either. I can understand that many people won't show because they're discreet and/or their life and work won't allow; but single people, why do you hide it? |

Single people work.
Single people have private lives.
Single people don't want any negative impact on their family/children/work colleagues/friends just because of their lifestyle choices, even if they have nothing to be ashamed of.
It's not always about them. |

I don't want recognising and approaching by anyone away from here op, simple.
I've seen a few threads where women have have been seen in public and approached when shopping or doing the school run. |

Because I like to attract people, not chase them away. Pull them in and get them to stick around before hitting them with that negative. At least then they are sort of already hooked before the reveal.

I've heard way too many horror stories of women with their faces on here being harassed in public.
My work makes it a bad idea.
I have a reputation with my community work.
I don't want my family to know. |

Why didn't I think of this. I need to do this. Reel them in and then boom, hit that negativity. They won't know what has hit them.

It works... Mostly... Sort of.
They like your body, you make them laugh and are respectful then when the face is finally on show they start to think "eh, nothing a mask or bag won't fix, I can work with that" |

There are too many people on here who take great delight in sharing other people's personal info including facepics.
It happens in chat groups and DMs, often unsolicited but always with an agenda.
It's a form of currency to keep them in with the in crowd.
I don't have a face pic on here and don't share them with others. If they have an issue with that we obviously aren't compatible so it's no real loss. |
