So I just found the other thread about women making the first move.
When I've done this it has actually worked out a lot better for me.
So guys n gurls: if you're a Lady that wants to send the first message and you're unsure, make it known right here and let's have a girl power kissmas!

Unfortunately messages from women seem to be a bit ‘thin on the ground’, in the Surrey area.
I agree that it’s probably easier for club meets, rather than a long chat/ discussion online - a probably from a fake profile - which is just sooooo annoying/ wrong.
