and I know it may sound as if I am implying double standards but here it goes :
How would your view of a person whose professional advice you seek eg a GP, a lawyer etc change if you knew they were swingers.
Would it change? Would it change for the better, the worse? |

It wouldn't change at all..... What ever people do for a job, be it a professional job or an un professional job!!!
If I had to seek advice from let's say a lawyer who I happened to know swung, I wouldn't mention it but probably wouldn't be able to hide my " I know what you do" look  |

You know I think I'd feel happier talking to a doctor who I knew swung. As crazy as that sounds when my health first went south and I was in A&E I had to explain to the doctor that the night before I'd had some pretty full on hardcore sex. I was mortified (as was she) but if I'd have known she was a swinger I'd probably not have felt so embarrassed. |

I agree - for me it would not change how I view the professionally. If anything I might be inclined to assume a greater tolerance for people although I could be wrong there.  |

It would change things for me.
I would only employ hot female professionals and after I had received my advice I would totally flip/reverse that shit and deliver something of my own. IF U NO WAT I MEAN!!! |

You would like to think that a person in a high powered profession such as law or medicine would be professional enough to deal with your problem and keep swinging totally separate ...
When in the military, we came across more than a few swingers in our time and if we worked with them, the banter may have had a few more double entendre s than normal but work was work ..... |

Oddly enough the majority of people actually do have sex, someones sexual proclivity doesn't affect my view of the way they do their job.

It wouldn't change at all...in fact last year a lovely Doc at the hospital said as I was leaving " I don't need to see you professionally anymore "
It threw me a bit and I laughed and said so does that mean you want to meet socially as if you did it has to be with the hubby too....if he had said he was a swinger then I would have been very happy as he was gorgeous |

It would change the way I see the person not my opinion of their profesionalism or how do their job...I might be tempted to take 'advantage' of the situation....  ...did I really write that????  |

Well I know a family member found out their GP was into S&M, they very quickly changed doctors.
Personally it would not bother me, as what the Dr does in the spare is their business and not mine. |

Thing is... some of the people we meet and engage with at professional level may well be swingers and we would never know.
It would not bother me as long as I could trust their professional confidentiality, whcih I am sure they would not pout at risk.
And yes, some are drop dead gorgeous.

Wouldn't bother me in the slightest,infact I'd think they were more likely to be more honest
You could be asking the wrong crowd as a lot of people would frown upon it ,as not everyone is as open minded |
