Once had a social on the Mersey ferry. Could've been grim as we were trapped with no way of doing a runner other than to jump overboard, but actually it was fantastic. Plenty of chat, plenty of people-watching, little bit of "see that building there? I once did such-and-such there", on to the cafe in one of the terminals afterwards. |

Normally when we have a meet I (male half) always meet the 3rd person in a carpark about a mile away from the house n then take them back.
Main reason is I don't want to give our address out to just anyone, especially if they end up being a no show.
Is this normal do you think? |
