Do you feed the ducks?

If not, when was the last time you did?

Planning to go tomorrow morning actually lol. Pop to Greggs for a bacon butty and a coffee, drive to the pond and chill for half an hour or so

Years ago I gave my son a bag of bread to feed the ducks. I expected him to take a bit out and toss it to a duck. Instead he threw the whole plastic bag full into the Lake. He said "finished now. Can we go home"

"Please note, you shouldn't feed bread to ducks. "

This, it’s what gives swans and geese that strange broken wing look, apparently.

But special duck food, no problems.

Last August. They didn't even thank me.

I'll probably do it again in the spring.

The last time I went near some ducks I had some swans sail across and try to intimidate my dog.

🐕 and it worked. We promptly left!
