BOOB JOBS or NATURAL??

"I just wondered what other ppl thoughts where on boob jobs? I feel when they are done well and not to big for the ladies body they look soo sexy. Whats your thoughts?"
I think if they are done well they can look and feel very natural, if done badly they can look awful. Some people have them for cosmetic reasons, some as reconstruction, some for the simple reason that they want bigger boobs. I think if they make the lady more confident about herself they can't be a bad thing. |

id have mine done if I had the money spare, not to make them bigger just to put them back where they was 20 years ago

I have natural boobs and i'm lucky i love them!! lots of girls arnt so lucky to like their boobs so if it makes them happy and they can afford to change them do so ..   |

I prefer natural as my leaning is towards smaller breasts. I know two women who have had boob jobs when, in my opinion, neither of them needed to. They both did it to boost their confidence. One was done cheaply by cutting round the areolae (not sure of the spelling) and you can see the scars and they are hard, lumpy and unattractive. The other paid a lot more, with cutting on the side of the body, and they are fantastic and still feel natural. So, if anyone wants it done, don't do it on the cheap. |

Not convinced. I think I need to feel them to make sure, during which I can also tell you when you were born just by feeling them. |

I have no idea what clinic they went to get a 'cheap' boob job depending on the site of the incision but that should never be the case. I know a few people who have had lifts etc with periareolar incisions and all look fantastic. |

Of course most would prefer natural, but not everyone is blessed naturally. It's easy for women who are happy with what they have, others are not that lucky. Why not have implants if they make you feel happy. I have seen plenty and most look great, in fact quite a lot you cannot tell they are fake!

Ive met one married man but didnt know that till we were in hotel room together. Bit late then and he isnt in my area anyway, doesnt make it right I know. Sorry about the older thing too |

If people opt to do it that is entirely up to them. It's their body. Personally I think natural is better - but that is my opinion. I have had surgery for medical reasons and it was terrifying. I could not imagine ELECTING to do it to make any part of my body 'look better'. Putting your life in someone else's hands for cosmetic reasons? No thank you. |

I always thought that but given mine were very odd sizes and a weird shape I decided to go for it as I'd saved up some money. Was totally terrified and cried as they sedated me but I can without doubt say its one of the best things I ever did, the difference in my confidence etc is amazing. Each to their own tho and I know plenty of people that wouldn't do it. But it's the best couple of grand I've ever spent lol x |

I could not imagine ELECTING to do it to make any part of my body 'look better'. Putting your life in someone else's hands for cosmetic reasons? No thank you.

I can understand that - but I was more thinking the Katie Price type of implants really. I still wouldn't do it. The idea of being stopped breathing, having a machine do it and total strangers in charge of my bodily functions rather than me unless I really had to for medical reasons is just something I know I could not put myself through. I've not got the best boobs in the world but I'm happy with them, fortunately. |

I didn't have a GA when I had mine, it was one of the reasons I chose my clinic. Much less risk and side affects. yeah I just wanted to look normal, no way I would of done it otherwise I've never been so scared in my life! X |

I was terrified before my op which is why I know I could only do it again for medical reasons. What you had done must not have been too invasive though if it could be done without GA. |

They used what's called a twilight anaesthetic. Heavy sedation and numbing the area. I wasn't aware of what they were doing I was away with the fairies it was weird it was like I fell asleep for ten secs and asked them when they were gonna get on with it and they were done. I was in belguim tho not sure it's available over here. Also meant I didn't have to stay in hospital overnight just went to a hotel and popped in the next morning to make sure all ok for journey home then passed over to the after care team in London if I needed them x |
