Dongles are not a good idea for camming. Although they work well, cam chat is very data hungry. It will cost you a fortune.

What might be worth looking at, is your phone tariff. I'm with 3 on their One plan. I can tether my phone to my computer or tab, and run them that way.

I often cam when I'm away from home, and have never been charged for it.

Not all contracts will allow you to do it, so check that first. And then all phones are different I have the S3 and I just turn tethering on. Works the same as a wifi, your laptop just searches for the network and you connect.
