only thing in such a drink, scottish, irish, japanese, welsh or wherever else it's from, whatever your choice, is another whiskey - no ice, no water, no , no nothing else |

Depends on the situation. A good whiskey should be had neat or with a single drop of water for the aroma to be enhanced without compromising the taste. But if people are drinking beers while you’re drinking whiskey, add something so you’re not drinking 5 per their 1 😂😂 |

If you don't put a few drops of water in some whisky you're missing out on flavour. You need to experiment to find what's best for that specific whisky, anything smokey/peaty can benefit from it.
People are so weird about water in whisky. |

Peaty, smoky, super smooth, the ones that don’t taste like Christmas cakes or peppery - I think it’s Isla ?
Would love a recommendation if there’s any experts?, I hate spending £50-£100 and then being disappointed |

Maybe that’s where I’m going wrong, love a good smoky, oaky, peaty single malt |

"Sorry, not the drink for me. If I wanted a mouthful of earth and TCP, I could do so much cheaper!
IMO, whisk(e)y doesn't have the complexity of a good cognac.
I await your fury and disdain."
None from me. They spelled it with an e. |

Your asking about irish whiskey, scottish has no " e " in it and is the ral stuff!!! Oh i'm Scottish and hate it... it's a nasty drink, if i'm around anyone drinking it that's my cue too leave as they tend to get nasty 😣😣😣 |

Good grief it's not that difficult.
Macallan
17 year old sherry cask.
A couple of drops of spring water, not tap water.
Or neat
Sit back relax and enjoy.
If you don't like whisky that's cool don't drink it.
If you prefer Irish fine drink that.
But for the love of god don't ruin it by mixing it with fucking cola.
That for American swill.
