I don't take much notice of the number someone has on their profile, and I don't ask someone's age if I meet them in the real world.
If I like the look of them, and I don't think they are a dick, I'm happy.

All depends. When i was in my early 20s i preferred women in their 30s. From my mid 30s i prefer women in their 20s but its not always a case. It depends on the person. My last relationship was with someone 10 younger but also been with partners 15 older. |

It's generally flexible (within legal and moral limits of course!)
The issue with going too far away from my own age it can become increasingly more difficult to connect with people. Less in common, less to talk about, have less in common.
There are always exceptions, so I try not to rule anyone out but it's rare that it aligns with what I want from meets. |

At 19 I was fucking my neighbour 35 , I allways liked the older woman ,and tbh the age still gap is still irrelevant to me but as I'm of a older age now, I tend not to go below 30, but lol who knows if she liked me I probably would , 😅 |

I definitely have preference for about 10 years either way.
Older women are just divine and mix that with the right personality and it's kryptonite.
However y prefernce is because I enjoy the social aspect so commonality in the interests etc.
I've had much younger and much older partners so it's very much the person not the age that's important to me. |

I quite like men who are older than me. Probably daddy issues. Aside from that cliché, I've never found another clichéd reason as to why I like them. Age doesn't guarantee emotional maturity, sexual experience, education levels, how dateable they are... any of that. My partners are both erm... well fifteen years plus older than me.
I don't think an age gap is what makes it work. Who they are is.
The youngest man I've been attracted to is about two months younger than me, roughly.
Women? Age has never really been a thing.
I think an acceptable age gap is where both parties are happy, comfortable and neither feel/are pressured/coerced. |

My first proper GF, with whom I enjoyed swinging, was 10 years older and of all the relationships I've had she was the one I connected with best. I was an old head, she had a younger outlook so I guess we met in the middle. The gap doesn't have to define the relationship. |
