"The Asda one tastes like cleaning chemicals!"
While not particularly nice tasting over the years I've decided the Asda Max Strength sachet is the best for dealing with the lurgy.
When I can I add honey and lemon, use some squash in a pinch or some sugar but what ever you do don't add cough syrup thinking it will help. The result was vile. |

"Fresh lemon juice squeeze honey and 2 paracetamols taste much nicer"
I had my first potential cold since before the pandemic yesterday and I managed a Lemsip. It was nice but I think your natural blend would have been preferable. It's completely cleared today, probably because I rested and slept well.

"The Asda one tastes like cleaning chemicals!"
Thanks for the heads up . It sounds vile . I popped to Morrisons and Lemsip wasn't too different in price to their own brand but I may have escaped an equivalent cleaning chemicals experience |

"They're all awful and I wouldn't drink them with or without medicine in. "
This, Mrs NC. This! I'll just take regular medication in tablet form (except I'm currently banned from paracetamol of any kind anyway!) |
