This is new?! I like this!!
Having walked with the black dog and lost a friend to it this year, it's great to see some positive acknowledgement in this here forum 😊
I'm in a great place now (one of the reasons I came back to Fab), but know all too well how fragile mental health can be. Great work OP for bringing it in whenever you did.
...and for anyone who may not be in such a good place; talk, talk, talk. To friends, to family, to an anonymous professional, to a helpline of which there are many. Just talk. |

have recently had a run of good days, which I count as a win. this week has been a little flat though, Christmas, though i love it, is not a great time of year for me ....but I am surviving. Big love to you all  |

Thankfully mine is definitely on the way up.
Now that I'm well on the road to recovery, my MH is very much ok.
A few weeks ago, I was really down. In lots of pain, barely able to move, shut indoors. Weather was bleak.
Small steps were taken, started a new hobby, found lots of things to be grateful for, self help, small rehab exercises.

Sorry to hear that.
My dad passed earlier this year due to cancer so know the feeling with that one 😩

I know this isn’t the place for it but if anyone needs someone to talk to, a shoulder to cry on etc my inbox is always open and I’ve been through a lot of therapy and training so might be able to help even if it’s just listening and understanding |
