"Good evening all. All this talk of exercise is making me quite sad.. I’m stuck in a hotel away from my equipment ! I share your pain, i tore my rotator cuff a month ago so missing the gym and climbing at the moment. Hoping to get back at it in a week or so but it’s going to be slowly easing back into it. Ouch - took me 5 years to recover.. Or thought I'd recovered, but seeing a new physio on Friday for deep tissue massage
I have paid for a physio, pricey but worth it.
First time i went she treated my back and it popped and crackled like Rice Krispies!!
Hurt like hell at the time but felt like i had a new back afterwards.
How did you tear your rotator cuff?
I have done it before and it plays up front time to time.
Fortunately it’s not a bad tear but it’s going to be nervy going back.
Did i read right that Midnight and Joe Beans are an item, have they gone UNLOS?
Its likely from years of dancing - a bit like the cricketers bowling action. I've got issues with my wrist now that they think is linked to my shoulder, so be interesting to see what they can do. I hope yours heals well /fast

Hey my lovely, life is good, busy, creative, cosy with the family. My day has been long, started at 5 and got home at 10. But, it’s been productive.
Those planets must indeed have aligned, perhaps influenced by the mysterious and theoretical planet X, if you have ascended to queen of the Noc. I wonder what else the horoscope promises? I did always enjoy Mystic Meg’s Lego hair cut, back in the day x

How did you damage yours? "I had a couple of weeks off the gym because i was ill. It was my first week back and i was doing shoulder presses, first working set and first rep i was lowering the bar and felt a tearing sensation!! I had done 5 warm up sets so should of been good!! Happy to compare notes and share any tips to get us fighting fit again 💪 | |||

How about some planks and pushups?? Set 1. Side star plank for 2 mins on left arm, x 3 sets. Followed by 20 pushups x 3 sets. Side star plank for 2 mins on right arm, x 3 sets. Followed by 20 pushups x 3 sets. Set 2. Mountain climbers for 60 seconds x 3 sets, followed by bear plank for 2 mins x 3 sets.
