Cycling home from work and a tw*t reversed out of his driveway with out looking and i crashed strait into him smashing my wheel bending my handle bars and shattering my front folks! £700 worth of damage! Not a happy bunny |

Did you get his details?
Take pics of the bike and copies of all receipts you have for the bike (I work in insurance claims and most insurers are shite and lose documents)

Do you drive?
I know in previous bike claims we've arranged replacement cars for people due to bike being damaged or if you hire a bike they will refund the hire charges |

I have a car but its off the road cant afford to run it! Its a future investment ( sierra cosworth) but that would be great if they do just about to speak to them now |
