Good to see someone else appreciate The Ink Spots, my favourite is I Don’t Want To Set The World On Fire.
I’ll add Gerry Lee Lewis although my favourite track of his was not a 50’s song it was a cover from much later.
Also add Lonnie Donegan - Wabash Canonball and Nobody’s Child. |

Sam Cooke is the best, touch the hem of his garment with the soul stirrers is fantastic, my favourite Ronnie wood quote ( which may be apocryphal ) is Sam Cooke is the singer the rest judge themselves against most go back to pumping gas |
