I just read that if you withhold ejaculation then the sperm gets reabsorbed into the body. It may all be up your bum OP. Or in your mouth. What if you start to foam at the mouth? 😱 you’ll be dribbling it out. Or pooping it out. Or it may even be swimming up your blood vessel and into your lung. Wow.
