Holidays 2025 ......
Jump to: Newest in thread
I’ve almost completed plans for Q1 , so far I have , UK, Dubai, Philippines , Italy,, Scotland.
Some crazy prices in Jan/Feb I think it’s cheaper to go on holiday than stay at home.
Q2&3 I’m going to spend a lot of time in the uk & Europe but Q4 thinking of a couple of months in either Vietnam or Latin America.

"Peru and India are top of my list at present.
Two of my favourite places & super cheap. Where in India ? Rajastan & Goa are my favourite "
The rough plan is to fly into New Delhi and then make our way to Gujarat through Rajasthan. I have a feeling that will be 2026 not next year. 2025 may be the last chance to holiday with my daughters, they appear to be close to flying the nest. |

Great trip.
I really enjoyed Pushkar, Jaismler & Jodhpur, I was less impressed with the golden triangle touristy places & Taj Mahal.
There’s also a temple completely overrun by monkeys that’s well worth a visit , it’s below Jodhpur near Pali on the way to Udaipur. |

I don’t think there will be any big big trips ‘25 but I would love to do a few months in South America and see quite a few things. It’s such a big continent trying to work it all out into one trip is long and im unorganised so maybe ‘26!
Next year I think will be a collection of relaxing holidays. Although the monkey temple in India has just shot up quite far on my list of places I want to see 🐵 |

It’s really good it’s called Ranakpur Jain Temple. That whole area of Rajastan is just something else. |

"We're doing a weekend in Southerness, 10 days in corfu, then a week in Eyemouth
Corfu is incredible. Rented a villa there with a private secluded pool. Loved laying naked in the sun "
It's a family holiday so sadly no laying naked in the sun for us lol |

The plan so far - two solo trips (undecided where but shortlisted a few). One trip with the bf. Possibly more than one. I've not properly started looking yet but I'm determined to finally do it with the same energy I give to planning UK adventures.
We did speak about visiting an island or two potentially and now we've had a taste of domestic living, I think it could work. Very well. |

Caribbean cruise in February with my bestie.
Exploring Italy for a week in July with my son. Florence, Lake Isseo and Sardinia are on that list so far.
There wlll most certainly need to be a weekend in Paris. Probably solo.
Also more day trips. Barcelona, Riga and definitely back to Geneva for another spa day.
I'll see what else I can cram in. |
