Many different things and not just a single concept. It's a complex emotion, with varying degrees of strength, commitment and vulnerability.
I love in various ways, from enjoying something or someone, to giving all and being absolutely enthralled. |

A social construct? A simple word voided of any true meaning, ment nothing more than to express some form (or any) of positive emotions... "Omg I love those shoes/This is such a good song, I Love it/ I love sunny days". People use it for the most banal of things, and their actions show that is less a special feeling or bond towards something or someone...it's just a word with a loose meaning. |

... ... ... when you can smile just thinking of her,knowing you want to spend your life with them .never going to bed angry( who knows if you will waken).

As somebody that had love and lost it, I had a hard time trying to understand what I missed from life until I was told..
"We don't fall in love with the other person. We fall in love with the version of ourselves that we get to be through and with the other person."
And I thought that was the most accurate and beautiful way I could accept it. |
