Guinness, favourite drink, but I don't drink much. If your landlords are running dry we got plenty across the pond in Ireland.
It's a short trip to Belfast, Dublin, Cork, so why not?
Guinness is Ireland is brewed at St. James' g
Gate. It's traditional to ask for a pint of "Liffey water" in some pubs in Dublin. Let's them know you know your stuff! There's a specific stream that's used in Guinness for their brewing and then it flows into the liffey.
Prize for who can name the stream!

First drink I ever bought in a pub was Guinness.
I had no idea what beer to ask for but I remembered seeing an advert on the side of the local buses saying 'Guinness is good for you', which I assumed was true.
Actually, what it really said was 'Guinness es bouan pour tche' but I've translated the patois for those who might not have understood that! |

"So who here has had A real Guinness in a real Stout house???? And no the Spoons don't count people even the few that clean their lines weekly."
Several times..
Found the Guinness in Dublin ok but in Galway it tasted better..
Appreciate not all hostelries in either place were visited and more research is required.. |

A couple of places away from the temple bar, one bar served a cracking pint and the entertainment was top notch so we ended up there..
Cheers.. |

As a bartender in Irish pub. We noticed rise of Guinness sales but its normal at this time of the year as one night out drinkers are out.
Love Guinness but will only drink it in maybe to places.
I didn't notice any shortages ordered 20 barrels and got 20.
Oh and if you ordering Guinness last you are a w*nker |

"The origins of guiness is from london a old porters drink that was taken back to eire i did a marketing disatation on guiness years ago …."
Sir Arthur guinnesses protestant porter
I'm sure then you know that the irish didn't really drink Guinness and Guinness didn't employ irish catholics . The history is interesting. The drink is filthy. |

It’s a decent alternative if you find yourself in the unfortunate position of being the designated driver. |
