Brought private reg in July off d.v.l.a
Changed insurance over
Unfortunately didn't receive paperwork off dvla
Tried 2 get it off dvla .told go on the link .link don't work .keep getting told can't do anything this end u need 2 log in .but it don't work and they won't listen .iv got a car insured on private plate .mot on private plate .but tax due still on old plate and it won't let me log old reg in 2 tax it .totally fucking frustrated |

What’s up?
I got a good result emailing them, you have to go through a bit of weird form but eventually select ‘other’, type a detailed message, with all the info needed , be polite and they deal with it fast.
I’ve used this a few times now, better than spending a day on the phone. |

I live in the vacinity of, "Do very little always," and they operate flexi time. The smart ones clock in at 7 am because, the mail doesn't arrive on your desk till about 10 am, and you hit the road home at 3pm having got paid for doing half a days work for a full days pay. Try getting a human voice there to answer the phone, it's like trying to get an audience with The Pope.
