It's a damn chilly one this morning! Can we give a bit of appreciation to all the construction workers 👷🏼♂️ out there who brave the cold weather everyday of the week at the crack of dawn 🥶

That doesn't sound like a very nice way of talking. Comes across very arrogant. Yes, you're right, it is by choice. But still, what would get done without construction workers. |

Saw a lad out in the early hours this morning putting out cones in high winds and pouring rain. Naturally they weren't all staying put.
Got to admire the graft when you see it, even when seemingly futile. |
