I’ve had a couple of months break from here and jumped straight onto ‘local updates’ to see if anything’s changed and to my surprise it hasn’t 🤣🤣

Yep, local updates here are always the same people advertising that they're 'not meeting at the minute', complaining about the rudeness of people who message them (whilst also ignoring/blanking my well written, polite and usually above average communiqués), one woman who obviously uses the site to try and get free drugs, and lots of passive-aggressive moaning about people in general. Then there is the small handful of absolute smoking hotties I just *know* meeting with would be great fun even if it was just for a couple of drinks and sharing stories of the crazy world of FAB, although I'm also fairly certain there'd be chemistry for days - but I can't message them because I'm slightly too old (sometimes even by just a couple of months) to get past their filter. This actually hurts the most as people do not guess my age correctly and usually place me 10-15 years younger than my age on paper. In fact I've actually been in a club and met someone I wanted to message and couldn't due to filters. She approached me and things went from there. When I said I'd had my eye on her profile and got filtered out she was more than slightly surprised that it was because of my age.
If I didn't think it was a bit of a dick move (and I'm a stickler for being straight with people) I'd consider starting over with my age set to how old most people guess I am vs the age on my official paperwork. I don't think any of them would think I was lying if I gave my assumed age but I'd still feel bad about it, so I won't. |

Some photos and a couple of requests to meet, so boring at the moment.
Occasionally there’s a few requests to buy site supporter for them and sometimes a warning about another user (and very occasionally some backlash to that statement).

Not really. Our area is very much a sausage fest - especially if you click on the "who's nearby" option.
Like most people have said, there are the usual suspects who update status' daily with either a whinge or begging for X Y Z. |
