The first thing I would do, is to remove any photos that may show my face from public view.

I would have felt extremely angry.

If I were you I'd remove my face pictures from public view though, it doesn't completely remove the risk of being recognised but it does minimise it.

I'd remove your face pics immediately! It was really rude and ignorant of him. I give and expect a level of discretion on here. Most people do, I imagine. Pity he felt the need, he could have contacted you on here not in public.

Sorry to hear that and can understand why your angry especially with a little one near you.

Just remember though with your face pic as your avatar you run that risk. If your face pic is in friends gallery only then you control who sees it x

ahhh me and my phone .. didn't mean to remove that

I understand exactly where you're coming from but what I have come to learn off this site is that what I deem appropriate behaviour and what others deem appropriate behaviour can be oceans apart.

I would have also got off the bus with my child as I don't feel that is a suitable situation to make an introduction but hey ho .. were all different.

I would have come home and removed my face pics to a private gallery also to try and avoid repeat future episodes also

wish you all the best though

Its lucky your child is so young and therefore unlikely to have understood or picked up on what the guy was saying. An older child may have and then repeated it in front of other people which could have created awkward situations.

A lesson learned maybe?

See if you can find him on here and block him. If he contacts you on here tell him you will report both him and his IP address via a report to admin to the police. Avoid that busRoute for a while.

Time and time again women chunter on about how their safety is so important.... and yet so many are willing to have their face pic on display (next to half a dozen photos of their tits) with no idea who is looking and recognising them from their local area.

I'm surprised this doesn't happen more often.

One lucky thing OP.... at least it was on a bus and not on the street outside of your home.

Why would you think that complete strangers would be trustworthy. Hell I don't even trust some of the people that I actually know.....

Unfortuntely this is what can and does happen. More likely when clear face pics are on full display or from going on cam in open rooms. Even from attending clubs and parties it can happen.

It beggars belief that someone could breach your privacy like that. It also makes me wonder what would have happened if he had mistakenly said that to an innocent party.

I dont see why this guy is getting such negative comments. Yes, he doesnt understand the etiquette of being on site such as this but if you have a profile on here, thats the risk you take. If someone on street approached me and said 'I recognise you from fab' I wouldnt hate them for it. Some people are totally open about being on fab and maybe dont understand that others are very private about it. The guy lacked fab etiquette, nothing worse then that so ease up on the criticism

If someone is prepared to say things like that they could easily say anything else inappropriate. Plus going up to a single woman with a child and saying things like that could be scary for the woman.

Things like what? Op has not said he said anything bad. He just said he recognised her from fab. Yes I totally agree it was not right thing for him to do but it was him being a bit stupid and not grasping that others may want there fab status kept private. He wasnt trying to be cruel or giving her hard time etc. Hr just needs to lear fab etiquette thats all. Dont see why he got so much abuse thats all

Exactly what he said. How did he know she wasn't with someone sitting on another seat. He got abuse because he has been a pilick going up to a total stranger and saying that. If the op felt uncomfortable that she had to get off the bus and wait for the next one the bloke is a tool and needs to give himself a shake

I can't believe some people. I would not attempt to chat a woman up if she had a kid with her, seems somehow weird/disrespectful, never mind mentioning that you have seen her on a swingers' site. Some people either have no common sense or are fucking nuts. I wonder if he thought it was a good way to get a shag? Defies common sense and seems stalkerish.
