Yeah, I've had this cough/cold for a while now. Been prescribed a mometasone nasal spray, as OTC meds aren't clearing my sinuses.
Hopefully won't need antibiotics and it just buggers off lol.

Yeah, it's definitely not Man Flu.
This hasn't downed me whatsoever and overall I feel okay, aside from sinus nonsense and an annoying cough. Haven't spent any time needing to sleep if off, which is weird.
First time I've had anything like this lol. |

I've had an old back muscle injury flare up over the last week. A right little bastard of a knot under my left shoulder blade. Seems to be pinching a nerve into the bargain and sending some sharp jolts down my left arm. Not fun.
Absolutely nothing I can do about it, just use sprays/gels on it, take painkillers and wait for the sodding thing to die down |
