A subtle variation on this idea, that puts the emphasis on giving rather than receiving
State that you’re in on the thread, then at 8pm (or thereabouts) send someone or several people, a nice message. It can be long or short (size doesn’t matter, as we’re often told), it’s all about the intent.

A bit unorthodox but as I am feeling a bit stressed at the mo, I just wanted to say thanks to all of you who are always here to chat, exchange some good humour and lift the spirits whenever anyone has a hard day. I am sure that means a lot to many people. Thank you.  |
