If it's any consolation I'm English so my troubles started from conception
I cycled out to a woods in the darkness tonight and laid down in the trees finished a half a bottle of mount gay rum

See if you can find a local Andy’s man club group near to you. A safe place to go and chat away some of your troubles.

Andys man club is a good concept but you can replace your issues with others from hearing about them which isn't so good
Have a look at wellness walks they do them in Scotland it looks the weather is shittier thann here granted but it's worth a look
Theres an owl tooting outside right now and its amazing to hear it's completely silent otherwise watching and listening the predators in the wild is fascinating |
