On my sofa, in the evening next to the future wife, kids safely in bed, candles lit, maybe a tipple.

Yeah the coast does that for me. The woods too.

I like finding those little clearings, maybe a fallen tree to sit on. I just start taking it all in, and my mind slides into tranquility.

On a dog walk with a close friend and her wonderful dogs (I'm their dog dad lol), out in the woods surrounded by nature. Being away from the city noise and only hearing birds singing really helps reset my busy brain.
