Hmmmm  that's something I've always wanted to do was build my own house , but land don't come up often. But I ain't really thought what I would like as a special feature now you got me thinking |

Steel container home, up in the mountains, 6 containers at 40ft. 2 ground level with 1 on top running parallel to the other 30 ft gap between them 2 story open plan,
Hot tup, pool, golf hole, bar BBQ area on the deck with old school pizza oven , each bedroom would have electrocromic glass, (frosts at the touch of a switch) when privacy is needed, only solid door would be the bathrooms, each bedroom would have interior balconies looking down into open-plan.both gable ends would be glass floor to ceiling, the views, spiral stairs wine cellar into the subfloor, |

A cottage with views of the sea. Log burner, roll top bath (possibly copper) ceiling beams, a decent sized kitchen with space for a dining table and kitchen island. Master bedroom, 2nd bedroom and a small room I've converted into my own dressing room. Super fancy wardrobes, drawers and shoe storage. French doors out from the lounge and the master bedroom to a nice garden. Wild flowers, grass and a tree I can adorn with fairy lights. An outbuilding I've converted into a luxury pod with a gorgeous small lounge, shower room and decked veranda housing a hot tub and fire pit so I can soak under the stars.
It's the dream and I've given it a lot of thought.

Proper cinema room
Massive exposed brick open fire
Large garage with 4 post car lift and workshop
Outdoor swimming pool (for the 3 days a year it’s useable)
No neighbours for at least a mile |

Indoor and outdoor pools with hot tubs ,extra large garage for my car collection. Nice manicured gardens with walled kitchen garden. 4 bedrooms with bathrooms. Playroom with dungeon equipment to entertain my friends . |

if you look up 4 post car lifts you can see how a full floor can be lifted for anyones access in a wheelchair
but 4 post lift screws are expensive whilst the safest
on youtube type these into its search bar

Converted listed property.
Massive library room, huge bay windows with seating and draped velvet curtains. Lots of first and second editions. Essays. Fireplace. Piano. A chaise lounge. That's the most important room.
A massive pantry, all neatly organised. Several bathrooms, all with rolltop baths of varying designs. A study with no big lights. At all. I'd ban all big lights for ever if I could. :D A kitchen perfect for hosting, wreath making, cooking. Either very neutral colours or deep rich ones (the library).
An acre or two of land, perfect for foraging and growing wild flowers, willow trees, little allotment.

as goes for your other 2 there easy enough
jacuzzi can be done with a swing around seat where your lowered into the jacuzzi and you can feel the proper affect on you as the seat has holes inbuilt around it whilst only the seat is under the water

A log cabin in my own forest in a secluded secret valley, with a big open living space with log burning stove and shelves full of books and music, an upstairs bedroom full of fun things and inventions, and a big verandah out the front with a swing sofa and views through the trees down the valley towards the sea... all atop a large garage containing tools for all kinds of projects and motorbikes to enjoy riding around the winding tracks throughout the forest.

I’ll have mine on an automatic turn plate so my bedroom window always follows the sun… mind you I’d have to cut the neighbours trees down but I’ll do that while they are at work!!!😂 |

I'm very aware of the last one. It's why I'm currently reducing to washing with the aid of another person and a washing up bowl of hot water. |
