I think you can only change a couples profile, to a single and not the other way around. don’t quote me on that though.

We did this, but early days before any activity. Message admin, but you may need a separate profile due to verifications as per the previous post.

A separate profile would be much better, as the relationship isn't long established and may not endure, presumably unlike your interests. If you're still going to be operating as a single man, then it makes sense to have both.
