Surely the millennials making these up should at least have a GCSE grade C in English ?
Symbiosexuality is defined as an attraction to the “energy, multi-dimensionality and power” shared between people in established relationships, which is not really symbiosis, but it’s cool new word I guess. |

I can find the dynamics between a couple attractive. I can't see that as something separate from the individuals in the relationship. Without them it doesn't exist.
I think that's more empathy than symbiotic. Unless you seek to bridge the gap to biology through a theory e.g Sheldrake's Morphic resonance. |

I’ve come up with a better definition.
Symbiosexuality is defined as people with an attraction for symbiotic sexual relationships.
For example, Bob is a filthy motherfucker who never takes a shower and needs to be cleaned otherwise he would break out in sores.
Sue on the other hand, suffers from a genetic nutritional defect which means she can only get calcium from knob cheese.

I’ve just been doing some googling (I know, dangerous) and apparently it doesn’t mean you want to seek a 3sum or more with the couple. It’s more like people who enjoy following celebrity couples like the hype over brad & Angelina or Tom and Zendaya.
Can’t say it applies to me no. |

I agree, gender and neo-pronouns are so 2023. And LGBTQIA2S+ is at risk of falling behind too.
Trust me, Millennials will run of of letters and words before long & regret not getting their GCSE grade C English. I’ll still be there on New York Tomes spelling bee, smashing it every day.
