I don't have any but hubby has loads. One I find really odd and I might be wrong describing it but he loves messing around with old circuit boards, calls something 'logic gates' and uses Boolian logic to make little led lights flashing on and off...
See told you it was odd, very geeky, Mrs x |

I'm not doing it currently, but I am a roleplayer - specifically Dungeons & Dragons. I have several hundred pounds' worth of source books, favourite dice, piles of notes. I've written and published scenarios, organized games conventions and written software to manage them, published a fanzine, and played and DM'ed more games than I care to remember. And I married someone who did the same.

Is music mixing geeky I'm rubbish at it but the tapes I've played at parties go down well, suppose I should admit to watch repairs as well (well about new batteries and straps)is about my fat fingers limit |

I quite like jigsaws and colouring in, they’re therapeutic, and fairly mindless. I’m trying to teach myself to crochet but I’m cack and just can’t seem to keep the right tension. Lock picking, I’ve a bag of locks and I’m quite good at that
Don’t think any of them are too geeky though. I geek out when I talk about my passions and interests |

Really into gaming, the amount of hours I put into Skyrim, Witcher, StarCraft and even Minecraft was ridiculous.
Been getting into DND now, so creating a character with backstory and looking for a DND group to join. |

"I like a bit of metal detecting, but mostly in the summer x
Mrs x
I’d like to try this (after watching The Deterctorists), but wouldn’t know where to start!"
I have seen that, it is funny but mostly just comedy value. I've gotten into metal detecting vids on yout#be. The proper maletal detecting machines are very expensive but worth it from what I can see. I've got a fairly cheap machine but would love to save up and buy a really good quality one.
I love it as it gets me outside in the sunshine ideally. the anticipation of finding something is fun but I've only found coins and not old ones either! Lol.

Funnily I had no issues with flight but you would always find me in any aircraft in any game!
I'm used to racing IRL so moving without feeling the Gs killed me off! |

I enjoy talking sociology with my sociology supper club. That’s it. Nothing the least bit geeky about that, super cool, Mrs x
You’re just flirting with me " Yeah, you'd love that wouldn't you haha Mrs x |

Isn’t it odd how that works out.
If I’m dogfighting in a jet. I last less than 5 mins before I’m feeling queasy. |

I recently built a train set , spent hours with my dad modelling buildings and making tunnels.
Although my dad spent more time on it than me so I can’t really take the credit but it was great doing something together. |

"plane spotting...........shhhhhhhhhh im with you on that one. Flight radar 24 app
proper intrigues me and love a bit of FR24 "
I saw the late Queen on her final flight because of FR24. Saw that the route of the C-17 flying her, took her directly overhead our house.

Can I ask what type of maps? is that a silly question it sounds silly."
Absolutely not a silly question. I have to study road maps, but love to study nautical and physical maps.

Do you? It’s fascinating! I remember my grandparents had this really old globe and from about 10 years old I would sit there for hours. It had little pen marks all over from me deciding where I want to go. I’m 76 countries down so far 😍 |

When you get to the end of the bridge turn left at the sheep farm, then take a right at the hill (the one with the sheep on), then you’re going to need to look for the bothy by the brook, when you reach that keep going up the cobbly path to the old coal mine. You should be able to smell Cawl from there, once you’ve found that and can hear a male voice choir singing Calon Lan then you’ve pretty much done Wales. 😂 |

Ah no worries, Magic is probably one of my favourite card games so I was curious. |

"Geeky :
I know a few different computer programming languages.
I can repair electronics at component level.
I am great with CAD and own a 3d printer."
3d printing here aswell and a pain when the tart plays its face, cad for me ends with 3dmaker but no need to make complicated patterns lol.
been playing with home assistant, raspberry pi, esp8266 and esp32 with esphome and yaml code and everything is pretty much all been done so copy n paste works for me..looked at arduino and its pretty much same with their libraries.
very basic solder skills but gets me through what I need to do.
all good fun until something does not go right.

I'm a keen photographer, mostly landscape though I like nature too, my hobby is dominated by choosing locations & using various apps to study weather forecasts & choosing what gear to hump around with me, I try to choose the right gear as I'm getting too old & fat & especially grumpy for hauling bags of heavy glass all over the peak district or the lakes or snowdonia etc |
