If I have had a late night and it's the weekend then I can nap in the afternoon. Otherwise if I napped during the day I wouldn't sleep at night.
But having said that I am happy to be a big spoon if it comforts you until you sleep.

I started feeling very sleepy on the way back from my hospital appointment this afternoon. Unfortunately one cannot sleep in a wheelchair ambulance contraption

"I tried to nap, early start to be up the hospital. But just laid with my eyes shut then gave up 😂 be an early night or I'll fall asleep after dinner. I'm so tired I can't think straight"
That tiredness was me on Friday last week. I'm still jolly tired, but it's improving.
How is it possible to become so sleepy?!  |
