At work, yes, as I cannot be arsed to go back to my seat.

At home, no, as there is always some washing up to be done while the food is being heated.

K insists on half a cup of hot milk in her coffee and yeah I stare at the microwave to turn it off as the damned stuff boils - amazing how many times you miss it though and it boils over ............ what a mess

Easy remedy, put half a cup of milk in a jug then it won't boil over, put it back in the cup (which also means the cup isn't so hot!)......... disadvantage is two things to wash up instead of one lol!

Dont watch the microwave as it pings at me when its job is done - and the only thing i ever cook in there these days is popcorn.

BUT

I do go on the mini stepper while waiting for the kettle to boil, and MY GOD sometimes the next day i realize quite how many cuppa teas i had the day before, hehehehe
