Dice up fresh strawbs and banana.

its nice with a yoghurt mixed through, sweet enough with all the fruit..

used to eat Jordans which is nicer and less sweet than Alpen, just thought we would try it after we had some our friend makes..

In summer I just put fruit juice onto the oats and leave it for 20 minutes before eating.

dead easy if you dont have a nibble during..

we tend to shop around and avoid certain health food shops etc unless there are offers on..

You can get Reeces in Morrissons a few of their bars at the tills in ours, so bloody tempting! All we need now are twinkies and butterfingers.
