That’s poor but accept it, once you start talking to your GP I’m sure they will want to either extend the appointment or book you in for a follow up pretty quickly. I would call them tomorrow. Do you feel you can do that? |

It’s always worth looking up your local mental health support service. You can usually self refer online and bypass seeing your doctor if you’re struggling to get an appointment. If you’re not sure who your local service is, you can find the details on your local councils website xx |
