In Nottingham right now, but what a gorgeous sunny day it’s predicted to be

If I was there, I would be easily persuaded to bunk off school/work, get wrapped up , pack an jetboil and some hot chocolate and go for a nice long walk in the peaks.

Who’s coming ?

Covent Garden

I'm still ensconced within the warming comfort of my duvet, MrNotSoHotts. 🩶

The cobbled streets of ye olde London Towne are wet and slippery like a fish from Billingsgate Market. ❄️ ☔

Not the North West...

I went out at 5:30, it was beautiful!!

I'd happily spend the day outside as long as I have a gingerbread latte.

North West

I've not seen Outside for three weeks. It'll probably piss down tomorrow morning at 09:30

I do like a proper cold, crisp morning.

What about a piping hot Mulled Wine, served in a paper cup?

Oi this is my flirty thread, not yours

Get back to your duvet in Slough or Milton Keynes or wherever you really live 😃😃

If it’s any sympathy, I spelt spent the bulk of the summer in my apartment, was near impossible to go out side for at least 3 1/2 months, 45-50 degrees, dropping just a couple of degrees overnight

I love a cold morning but not when my front tire has a flat and I have man flu. Going back to bed for an hour in the hope it warms up a tad before I have to change the tire.

Cold and sunny is perfect. Big coats, mochas, fog, frost. Love love love.

Hot weather can fuck off. I hate sweating.

Changing a tire is easy - just need to get out there and do it. Would feel bad getting someone else to do it for me.

I think I’d make them a cuppa and keep my gloves on at -4 with man-flu I’m sure they wouldn’t feel bad if it’s their job. Get well soon

Cheeseville, Somerset

It's a balmy 2° in Cheeseville.

I'm soaking in a hot bath, but with the window open so my glasses don't steam up.

Always on the move

It's a simply tropical -1 on the Costa Del Mersey at the moment. Reaching what can only be described as "bikini weather" this afternoon at a predicted 5 degrees!

Very tempted to go for a hill walk ,but noises from the pump room of my koi pond suggests otherwise. Looks like one or two leaks from rubber fittings & motor on filter playing up grrrrr cold wet hands it is

La la land

Now that sounds perfect, always have emergency hiking gear in the boot of my car. Shame the peaks are so far away, not ventured there yet though it's on my neverending list of places I want to hike.

You definitely should, the high peak the dark Peak, the whole area sandwiched between Ashbourne , Chesterfield, Macclesfield & Glossop. But there’s lots of other nice places all around the UK, the north east the south-west, Yorkshire Dales, Cumbria lakes, thats before you even got started on Scotland or Wales…..

Now 1° in north London, it was below 0 when I went out with the dog this morning.

Just be careful when there is a yellow snow warning

Wales I've done a fair bit of by now. We are spoilt in UK with the diversity of terrain within small travel distance to be fair.
