I have it all the time - it gets triggered by Apple Relay.

If it is genuinely an issue for you OP then I suggest you depart to save your mental health. I, personally, have managed to get over the trauma of having to enter a few more characters.

If on an iPhone, pull down from top of screen and you should receive the option to ‘reduce protection’ click the button and the extra login requirement will go.

It’s because you’re on your phone network and not your wifi usually.

It's in settings as for browser settings for extra protection which can be turned off/on just a feature
