And other birds will be struggling as we enter winter.
Winter can be a difficult time for wildlife. Temperatures plummet and food becomes difficult to find. Insect-eating birds turn to alternative foods, some species travel far and wide, and foraging behaviour adapts, but we can lend a helping hand by providing a welcome source of extra food and fresh water for birds to turn to in leaner times.
I know it’s a swingers site but if just one extra person decides to help our feathered friends it will have been worth it.
And you won’t regret having a stream of visitors to your garden knowing you could be saving a life.
