Does anyone put timers on their phones? And I don't mean wake up alarms. Doom scrolling is pretty commonplace these days.

In my wellbeing hub in my settings I can set time limits for websites and apps, it has helped me realise recently how much of my life drips away into my phone screen.

It's worth a look if you're losing hours at a time.

Canvey Island

When I’m working I use a technique called the Pomodoro technique which for me is timed at 25 minutes or 1 hour of solid focus, then a break, then back to it.

Find it does work well, get lots done!
