I'm not a woman but...
I like to keep a majority of my underwear on for sex, although there's always the knicker dilemma.
Yeah you should wear your knickers under your suspender belt, especially if like me you wear deep suspender belts that basically make it essential.
Sex with knickers pulled down is possible, but I've kinda perfected a 'quick switch' where I undo/redo my clips and drop my knickers.
It takes like 30 seconds and is best done while you're 'cock in mouth' as a distraction...

Off for me...
