How do you like your shower water? So hot it will sting or just normal hot? 🤣
If you shower with someone of the opposite sex often, do you find common ground in setting the right for both water temperature or are the temperature tolerances between you two so different that you’re constantly adjusting the temperature?

This is me. My partner says I’m into burning my skin off it’s so hot. It’s still attached so not panicked over his views 🤣 |

I like it hot but not burning my skin off hot.
Although finding that sweet spot in someone else's shower - especially hotels - can be a nightmare. Many a hotel in central and eastern Europe has given me the option of either scalding hot or ice freezing cold with nothing in-between! |

I like it stinging hot.
She likes it normal hot.
So we compromise and have it normal hot. |

I prefer it tepid-to-warm, so that it's not too offensive on my sensitive skin. If the weather is chilly then I prefer it slightly warmer, or ½° warmer than the surface temperature of my delicate skin. |

Interestingly, I cannot do boiling hot baths. Can’t even get my feet in. It’s normal hot for baths for me. |

Jump in warm then slowly crank it up until I can't take it anymore...then crank it just a slight turn more.
If my back isn't red when I come out I'm not satisfied.
These people that take cold showers to live longer...hats off. I would sooner die younger. |

I have a big turny thing going from blue to red it's set about half way. It could be 20 degrees, it could be 60 degrees I've have no clue and have never seen any showers doing anything else, posho's |

I like it piping hot, so I'm bright red when I step out of it. My own shower doesn't get hot enough to be really satisfying, so I make the most of it whenever I have a hotel room and spend a good chunk of time poaching myself in there.
It's always too hot if I attempt to share a shower with someone, so I end up turning it lukewarm and mentally cursing the person in there with me.
One of many reasons I prefer to shower alone. |

When I step foot in the shower it's on eco 40 degrees, but about fifteen times every shower some water will flock off me onto the overly sensitive controls and change it to hotter than the sun or so cold you could keep your frozen peas in there, most of the time I'm in the shower it's me shouting "for fucks sake, Jesus, ow, stop it" at the shower

Really hot. Full pressure.
The only time I don't mind it a bit cooler is if I'm showering with a partner or I'm having an everything shower - I don't want to pass out/be dehydrated after all that effort. |

I start with hot water but I finish my shower with cold one to feel more active afterwards   |
