That mental health support is such a huge thing the access to services is shocking. Tried tonight and it's been nearly an hour waiting
But I guess it comes down to funding and an increase in demand.

Near impossible unless you can get on the list for NHS crisis team then you can get access to services like home visits , multi day retreats , private psych appointments |
