Well, like the thick full fat yoghurt from lidl. I suppose it may be called "strained" but has some fluid. It is thick and tasty and supports itself. I have added a bit of sugar to it to make it a strange desserty thing with lower calories than a thick true cream. Am I mad... possibly. I like greek yoghurt with honey. Yeah, so.
