Had it recommended to me but the procedure looks grotesque.Not to mention the permanent physical changes.So no I shall not do it.Also I don’t mind how I am the now

Any other thoughts on it?

It just looks exceptionally barbaric to do that to oneself.I’m concerned how many men may have gone through with it

I looked into this (out of idle curiosity!) a while ago. I believe it involves accessing the bit of the winkie that is behind the current visible ‘base’ ie what’s buried in your groin. There isn’t much there so I think they can only get you an inch.

That probably makes a huge difference if you only have an inch anyway, as some chaps do, so you can wee and shag more easily.
