What hotels/apartments can you recommend in the Bristol & Cardiff area?

We really like the St David's hotel, Cardiff Bay. Not cheap but lovely!

Parkgate hotel in Cardiff is lovely.

Museum view apts are also great.

Hotel Du Vin in Bristol.

Also Bristol Harbour Hotel looks lush but we’ve not stayed there.
