They always say things come in 3s. Never used to believe this until now. Last week i lost my job so now out of work and in the same week i smash my phone and to top it all off im waiting on some test results for the big C. Feel so lost and domt know how to turn it around |

Hope things balance out for you soon OP and the results are negative. Waiting to find out can be a really stressful experience - don't be afraid to talk to friends, even if it's nonsense chat to get your mind off things.
I sent so many dire gifs/links all that during that time. It helped a little. x |

I am really sorry about all of it. Life can be like that sometimes. Hopefully the test results will come good and the other two things can be sorted but you need to stay positive and in the right frame of mind. Always good to talk too and not be afraid to ask for help. Totally different but today has been and still is a horrible day for me and not sure how it will pan out so I know how tough some days can be. Sending and talk to people if you feel down. Whoever you feel comfortable to talk with.  |

Well done for reaching out, that's brave and a positive step forward. Take each day as it comes, but also take a few breaths to process what's happened and what's going on. Focus on what you can do, and not what's lost to you. Go for a walk, clear the head. A lot of things in life are transitional and will pass, just like the bloody weather. Where you are now, is not where you'll be in 5 minutes, 5 hours, 5 days, or 5 weeks. So pop into the kitchen, put the kettle on and do something. Doing nothing won't help you, just make sure what you do adds to your life in some way, no matter how small.  |

Hey just know you'll be ok Jobs come and go, The big C believe it or not can be ok to the docs know where it is hopefully they can cut it out just try and think positive oh yes and your phone come here I'll give you mine .
