I have just had a TURP Prostate operation and whiel i still get a hard on and can have sex nothing comes out. I still get the sensation of cumming but thats it. Does that bother other people when a man can't cum? Just curious thats all |

I am in exactly the same situation, and yes it feels very strange. As of yet I have not had sex with anyone else just wanked. But as othere have said you have to be very thankful that it was a success. I spent years envious of the sound of other guys in the gents, but now I have a hose that delivers a great sound 😆🤣 |

I was offered the chance of a Turp procedure to reduce the size of my prostate but after doing a lot of research - there (to me) seemed a lot more minuses - I opted to go with the REZUM procedure.
Long story short is that I can still get hard and still cum like I did prior to surgery. The important thing is that your surgery was a success for YOU personally OP. Good luck my friend |

On Tamsulosin which (just about) makes the situation tolerable. Probably just delaying the inevitable. Looked into all the options, none seem great, meds, surgical, laser, steam ..... whatever. Definitely an area for more research and effective remedies. |

I was on tamsulosin for ten years and it did help. But when I got back from a long cruise and called into the doctors she offered me an additional medicine (tolterodine). Which really improved my issues. All was well for about five months then I felt my blood pressure had gone up. Having it checked itwas about 230/110 and having had previous heart surgery went to a urology clinic were the consultant told me any other medication they might offer me would have the same effect so I went for a Turp. And yes there are some not so good side effects but overall was worth it for me. |

If I remember it right, progesterone can be trialled too. Medication can work for quite a while, just don't leave things too late that you end up being too old for surgery if you need it. I know someone who's prostate is nine times the size it should but no other option but meds which then impacts their health. Good luck. |

Wearing a condom when meeting others could help in this situation……nobody checks the contents after sex, so just enjoy the moment, and discreetly remove and dispose of the sheath.  |

It seems to be working, Pissing properly now and not holding it in my bladder like i used to and everything works, just can't spunk which is a shame, I actually enjoyed seeing it shoot out the end but hey ho, healthy and it works is the main thing. |
