I said out loud the word C*nt.
I can't even spell it its wrong toeven spell it, I've never said it ever, it felt uncomfortable and foreign

I'm overcoming agoraphobia. I've been going for short walks. The agoraphobia comes from daily fear of my neighbours ASB. I went for the short walk tonight. He came out of nowhere and shouted BANG. I crossed the road to get away and said under my breath the 'word'
