Why are forums a full time job?

I’ve been in many forums over the years. Some dedicated to a specific topic such as a hobby, some open to pretty much anything like here. I think the admin make a decision as to if they are gonna cap threads at a certain limit like here, or allow unlimited comments but not allow duplicate threads
There are pros and cons to both of course. |
