I have done this once, when Craigslist personal ads were about.
The couple were Polish, rather oddly they started having a row whilst I was at the end of the bed but they were speaking Polish so I couldn't understand. However, the body language and finger waving between them told me the guy wasn't happy, so we took a break.
Eventually we resumed, it turned out that she wanted me to f**k her but he didn't. Anyway, all turned out well as she gave me a BJ whilst he was at the other end and up ended up giving high fives as I came in her mouth!
