Please help me decide what to have for dinner tonight. Thank you.

The choices are:

1. Pan seared duck breast with noodles

2. Grilled seabass and vegetable traybake

3. Homemade lasagne

4. Chinese Plum Chicken Stir fry

5. Pork chops, triple cooked chips and peas with creamy mustard sauce

If you've not got the ragù already on the go, it's a bit late to start it now. That bad boy needs to cook low and slow - it's even better if done the night before. Go for the seabass.

I was a bit tired during the week and I got a foil wrapped cornetto, put it on my desk, laid down and woke up about 5 hours later... Don't sleep and cornetto! It's bad for you. I sucked the liquid out of the top, was tasty.
